Holiday Returns

Holiday gifted items will be eligible for return or exchange for 14 days after Christmas. Any sale pieces bought as gifts will be exchange only. Items must be unworn with original tags. Please email info@duffielddesign.ca with any return inquiries as soon as possible.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Policy

If you wish to return your product please email info@duffielddesign.ca for a Return Confirmation prior to shipping. We cannot accept any returns without prior confirmation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Full refund within 15 days of purchase from Duffield Design. The client is responsible for shipping costs on returns.

To be eligible for our return policy, your item must be unworn and with the original tags.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Custom Cut Items

All custom made-to-order items are final sale and must be paid for before being cut. Additionally any items with alterations done are final sale.
