Refund policy
Full refund within 15 days of purchase from Duffield Design. After 15 days all sales are final.
To be eligible for our return policy, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return your product please email info@duffielddesign.ca for a Return Confirmation prior to shipping. We will not accept any returns without prior confirmation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items can be exchanged for equal or lesser value within 15 days.
Custom Cut Items
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and must be paid for before being cut. Additionally any items with alterations done are final sale.
Jewellery and Accessories
All jewellery is final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Studio 3 scarves are final sale.
Warranty
We stand by the production of our quality product and will repair or replace items if there is a manufacturer's defect or damage within 6 months of purchase.
Please email info@duffielddesign.ca with "Warranty" in the subject line to provide us with the product information.
We will not accept any warranty returns without prior confirmation. Once your item has been received and inspected we will inform you of the course of action.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
